THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9553 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, CCC Naspur, Adilabad District, registered under Section 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and submitted charge sheet against the petitioner and another on 29.04.2016 before the Court of Mancherial. The learned Magistrate has taken the case on file and numbered it as C.C.No.206 of 2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
