Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of respondent No.2 & 3 in creating trouble and interfering in construction activities at D.No. 8-22-106/1, 3rd lane Setharam Nagar, Guntur corporation without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary against the rules of the municipality and unconstitutional consequently direct the respondent No. 2 & 3 not to create any trouble to the petitioner by interfering in construction activities at D.No. 822-106/1, 3rd lane Seetharam Nagar, Guntur corporation without following due process of law."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner without following due procedure established by law. The same is disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation stating that respondents 2 and 3 are not at all interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to take any steps without following due process of

law.
