THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 37409 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer in investigating into FIR No. 353 of 2012 of Musheerabad Police Station and recording the statements under Section 161 Cr.P.C. in spite of several requests, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet was filed before the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 842 of 2016.

In the light of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. No costs.
