HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.14840 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner had applied to 3rd respondent on 30-10-2015 and 27-01-2016 for issuance of pattadar pass book and also for mutation. Petitioner contends that 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 3rd respondent will take appropriate action on the petitioner's representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
