THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2068 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 11.04.2017, passed in W.P.No.12699 of 2017. Today, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation submits that vide proceedings, dated 13.11.2017, respondent No.1 had considered the representation of the petitioner. In view of the above, I do not find any contempt on the part of the respondents. If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to the order, dated 13.11.2017, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The contempt case is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
