Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of the Court and the Revision has become infructuous, therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
