Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioners, case in Cr.No.474 of 2018 was registered on 05.09.2018, on the file of Police Station, Bachupally, Cyberabad Commissionerate, against unofficial respondent No.6 and others, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC and investigation is taken up.
