Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in this batch of cases state that the writ petitions have become infructuous as the State has discarded the proposal to introduce jumbling system in practical examinations at intermediate level examination so far as this academic year is concerned.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
