Smt.Swapna holding for Sri B.Purushothama Reddy requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy under the code of criminal procedure.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
