Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.96 of 2018 was registered on 23.06.2018, on the file of Police Station, Tallapudi and investigation is taken up.
