The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject suit in O.S.No.106 of 2072 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, was disposed of on 27.0t.2020 and that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed ln the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
