THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NOs.6259, 6297 and 6300 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Having heard Sri A. Sudershan Reddy, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipal Corporation, we dispose of all these three writ petitions directing the Corporation to give a hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order on the issue of imposition of property tax. Let this exercise be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Obviously, the decision shall be a speaking one. Till such decision is taken, no coercive measures shall be taken.

The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
