There has been a serious contest on the content and communication of Endorsement dated 11.05.2011 by 3rd respondent to petitioner. On the last date of hearing, this Court directed 3rd respondent to place before the Court copy of Endorsement dated 11.05.2011. The same is placed on record and copy of it is also served on Mr.V.V.Satish, counsel for petitioner. The Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment) submits that the communication dated 11.05.2011 is an endorsement dealt with the rejection of petitioner's application. By leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedies, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
