09.12.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 This Interlocutory Application is filed to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14715 of 2024 reducing the sureties amount and by directing them to furnish sureties before the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court while allowing the above criminal petition directed the petitioners to comply with the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.1 is that the petitioner Nos.2 to 8/accused Nos.6 to 12 shall surrender before the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said trial Court shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each. He further submitted that the petitioners are unable to secure Rs.25,000/- with two sureties amount and prayed the Court to modify condition No.1.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in the above criminal petition, i.e., condition No.1 that the petitioner Nos.2 to 8/accused Nos.6 to 12 shall surrender before the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said trial Court shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each to that of the petitioner Nos.2 to 8/accused Nos.6 to 12 shall surrender before the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said trial Court shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
