09.12.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 This Interlocutory Application is filed to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14719 of 2024 reducing the sureties amount and by directing them to furnish sureties before the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while allowing the above criminal petition directed the petitioner to comply with the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.1 is that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to secure

Rs.25,000/- with two sureties amount and prayed the Court to modify condition No.1.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in the above criminal petition, i.e., condition No.1 that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad to that of the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
