THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.9526 of 2016 Between:

Sidam Prasad PETITIONER AND

1. The State of Telangana, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others. RESPONDENTS

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3, learned Government Pleader for Electricity for respondent No.4 and Sri R. Vinod Reddy learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6. The grievance of the petitioner is that though several representations have been made to the respondent-authorities for construction of proposed electrical sub-station in Sy.Nos.27/1 and 29/A, which is the patta land of one Sri Kamre Babu Rao S/o. Shyam Rao situated at Pippaldhari village, Adilabad District, no action has been taken so far. Hence the present writ petition is filed. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.

5 and 6, and inasmuch as the relief sought for by the petitioner is only to consider the representations submitted by him for construction of electrical sub-station, respondent Nos.5 and 6 are directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner, if already not considered, and see the technical feasibility of establishing electrical sub-station in Sy.Nos.27/1 and 29-A, especially considering the fact that the said land is offered by one Sri Kamre Babu Rao on free of cost.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
