Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the event the respondents do not wish to appoint the petitioner's son, the petitioner herein may be permitted to seek revival of the Writ Petition and that for the present, this Writ Petition be dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner herein to revive the Writ Petition in the event the respondents object to appointing the petitioner's son in place of the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
