Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. D. Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri G. Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this P.I.L. with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the District Collector, Prakasam District, for redressal of her grievance. The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes representation, as aforementioned, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Collector, Prakasam District, shall consider the same on merits, in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
