It is represented that the suit OS No.49 of 2008 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Deverakonda, out of which the present revision arose, has already been disposed of. Nothing survives for consideration in this revision, which is filed questioning the order dated 09.12.2014 in IA No.517 of 2010 against the refusal of appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner endorsed the same on the original case bundle. Recording the said representation and endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
