When the writ petition was called on 21.03.2016 none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for orders'. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner either during forenoon session or in the afternoon session.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
