Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing counsel for 1st respondent. Despite service of notice there is no representation on behalf of respondents 4 to 6.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner-R.2 on 13.08.218, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. On the other hand, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 13.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
