HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition Nos.4660, 4688 and 4689 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: {Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Yogesh Kumar Heroor, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw these three writ petitions with liberty to raise all such contentions as are available to the petitioner in law, including those urged in these writ petitions, before the revisional authority.

Granting liberty as sought for, all these three Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. As the time to submit a reply to the revision show cause notice expired long ago, in case the petitioner submits their reply to the revision show cause notice within two (2) weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken till a revisional order is passed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
