On the ground that proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 are pending, challenging the direction of the Tahsildar, Warangal District, respondent No.3, to Mandal Revenue Inspector, Warangal District, respondent No.4, to propose alternate arrangement as In-charge dealers to Shop Nos.275 and 291 for smooth distribution of essential commodities, this Writ Petition is filed.

This Court, by order dated 03.02.2016, while holding that respondent No.3 has no jurisdiction to pass the impugned order, suspended the same.

The Court is informed that pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the essential commodities are supplied to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop and she is functioning as Fair Price Shop dealer. 5.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to supply essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop so long as she complies with the statutory requirements and does not suffer from any penal consequences. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
