When both the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, it is informed by the counsel for the petitioner in both the writ petitions that the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication, and hence, the writ petitions have become infructuous. Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
