The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 02-12-2016 in W.P.No.41994 of 2016. The respondents have filed counter affidavit. Heard Sri J.Prabhakar for petitioner and Sri Seshadri for respondents.

The counsel make a joint statement that the order of this Court is complied with and the disobedience does not survive. The statement is placed on record.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
