Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the P.R.C. was committed to the Court of Sessions, and the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.453 of 2014 and made over to the Court of learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Gadwal, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
