Heard Mr.Ganshyamdas Mandhani for revision petitioners and Mr.J.Srinadh Reddy for Official Liquidator High Court, Madras.

Having regard to the orders passed in connected CRP's i.e., CRP.Nos.4016 of 2013 & 1257 of 2016, Mr.Ganshayamdas Mandhani submits that the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition is rendered infructuous. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
