HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 399 of 2016 ORDER:

On instructions from his client, Sri. K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a letter on 18.7.2016 seeking permission to withdraw the Contempt Case.

The said letter dated 18.7.2016 is taken on record and permission is accorded to withdraw the Contempt Case. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
