THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24876 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr Pulla Rao Yellanki, counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 4. The petitioner prays for the following relief. "............writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not taking action on the petitioner's report dated 30.01.2017 seeking to take proper and appropriate action against the respondent No.5 and some other antisocial elements for illegally trying to enter into their land by high handedly and threatening to kill them in spite of showing status quo order dated 09.12.2016 in W.P.No.37241 of as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India........."

I have perused the complaint dated 30.01.2017 and also the status-quo order granted by this Court. The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the complaint was enquired into and out come of the said enquiry would be intimated to petitioner as prescribed by Code of Criminal Procedure within two (02) weeks from today.

The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The petitioner on receipt of communication from respondent Nos.3 and 4 is given liberty to work out remedies in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
