ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner made application to the third respondent under Form VI(A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking grant of pattadar passbook for the land admeasuring Ac.10-00 cents in survey No.63/1B1, 63/1B46 at Dacherla Village, Kovvur Mandal, West Godavari District. Said application appears to have been processed and then enquiry is already conducted by the third respondent on 21.01.2015 and in column 22 of the tabular statement, it is stated that the pattadar passbook will be given. However, petitioner complains that no further action is taken in spite of inspection having been completed and the recommendations of the Village Revenue Officer and the Revenue Inspector.
3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider petitioner's application together with the inspection report and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
