THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30159 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 - Station House Officer, Shalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad, in continuing suspect sheet against the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that after 2012, no new crime is registered and earlier crime in which the petitioner was implicated was acquitted along with co-accused. Reliance is placed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37206 of 2016, in respect of the co-accused in the same crime, wherein this Court disposed of the Writ Petition with a direction to close the suspect sheet and pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner therein. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and for the reasons alike, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to close the suspect sheet against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.01.2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
