This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in S.C.No.35 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nalgonda District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a discharge petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a discharge petition, if already not filed.
