HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23868 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(A.P.) and the learned Government Pleader for General Administration (A.P) for the respondents.
2. The case of the petitioners is that their D-Form pattas were cancelled, on which the appeal filed by them was allowed vide orders in R.E.C.No.505/2014 dated 04.01.2016. But no further action has been taken in pursuance of the said orders. Hence, the petitioners made representation on 29.02.2016 to the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.
3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 29.02.2016 filed by the petitioners, after issuing a notice to the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
