HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31530 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2018 against the 4th respondent.

Heard both sides.

The Apex Court has issued guidelines with regard to registration of crimes in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2018, in terms of the aforesaid Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari's case. No order as to costs.
