Through letter dated 16.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition by setting out all facts in detail.

2. Having regard to the circumstances stated, permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted by granting leave as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
