This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.424 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, Warangal District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge. 3 Permission is accorded.
