This is a writ of mandamus filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents in exhibiting the photograph of the petitioner in the list of rowdy sheeters board in the Police Station of the fifth respondent, without issuing any notice or conducting any enquiry, as illegal, in violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and standing order No.601 of A.P. Police Manual Standing Orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed away and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
