THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.NO.31203 OF 2014

O R D E R

Heard Mr. K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Petitioner prays for the following relief:

"Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not taking any steps for entrusting the FIR.No.258 of 2013, dated 25.12.2013, of P.S.Dharmapuri, Karimnagar District, which is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, to the respondent No.6 or any other independent investigation agency, for catch holding the real culprits and for proper investigation, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India." The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that crime has been investigated in detail and charge sheet was filed on 13.12.2016 before the court of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagtiyal.

Mr. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that filing of charge sheet would be certainly on a laconic investigation and hence the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue the remedies available against the charge sheet in accordance with law and does not press the writ petition.

Writ petition dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. -------------------------------------------------- S.V.BHATT,J DATE:27-04-2017 AVS
