THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31573 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 30.07.2018, but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 30.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
