ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of 1st and 2nd respondents in taking necessary steps to restrain the 3rd respondent from proceeding with the illegal construction of 4th floor on the existing building premises bearing No.22-8-293, 294 and 295, Nayapool, Salarjung Museum Road, Hyderabad, in contravention of the sanction plan, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is making constructions in the aforesaid premises in contravention of the sanction plan as well as the terms and conditions of the building permit and that they have made several representations to the 1st and 2nd respondents, but so far no action has been taken.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C. Damodar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that necessary action be initiated in favour of the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner after issuing notice to the affected parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
