Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition and a letter dated 15.12.2017 is filed to that effect before the Registry. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
