SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.5 1 0 0 of 2 0 1 1 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 09.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. 2.

Hence, the petition is taken up for disposal on merits. The statements of some of the depositors are filed along with the petition, which show that there are clear allegations, which would constitute the alleged offences. The charge sheet, which is filed after due investigation, is filed for the said offences. No case is made out by the petitioner for quash of the proceedings. Hence, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner.

The criminal petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J December 5, 2017 SS/ DSK
