THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP. No.36118 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24.03.2016 under Rule 26 of the State Subordinate Services Rules against the order dt.26.09.2015 of the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
