I.A.No. 02 of 2018 This Application is filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC and Sections 66,69,71,72,73 and 74 of I.T.Act and to record compromise in C.C.No.392 of 2017 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapuram, on the ground that during pendency of this petition, due to intervention of elders, the disputes between the parties have settled and they intend to lead peaceful life in future and it is voluntary.

De facto complaint/ Vislavath Kavitha, who is represented through General Power of Attorney by name S. Gopi Naik, and the accused are appeared in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity.

On enquiry, the parties stated that they entered into compromise and settled the disputes outside the Court both in India and USA. However, both the parties stated that the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to lead their lives happily.

Accordingly, this Application is allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences and to record compromise.

Crl.P.NO.9494 of 2018 In view of the Orders passed in I.A.No. 02 of 2018, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.392 of 2017 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapuram, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
