THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.9361 of 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was filed by A.2 in Crime No.91 of 2018 on the file of Karankote Police Station, Vikarabad, to quash the proceedings therein. This crime was registered under Sections 447, 427 and 379 IPC read with Section IPC.

While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that after investigation, this case has been referred as 'Civil in Nature' as per the proceedings of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tandur, in C.No.145/SDPO-TDR/VKB/2018 dated 17.12.2018.

In that view of the matter, this case does not survive for adjudication on merits.

The criminal petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
