THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32351 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4, in not renewing the fitness of the petitioner's vehicle in spite of his repeated requests, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is listed today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in similar circumstances, this Court allowed W.P.No.9570 of 2017, dated 06.04.2017, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Transport. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order, dated 06.04.2017, passed by this Court, in W.P.No.9570 of 2017, directing the respondent-authorities to allow the petitioner forthwith to submit his application through online and process the same, as expeditiously as possible, and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court makes it clear that the respondent authorities may take action against the petitioner for furnishing the alleged fake address and getting his vehicle registered in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
