HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8983 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent in M.C.No.39 of 2016 on the file of Family Court Judge, Nizamabad, and also learned Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and before ordering notice to respondent Nos.2 & 3 and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition. From the perusal of the material on record, there is nothing to quash the proceedings. So far as the personal inconvenience to appear day to day before the trial Court as respondent by the petitioner herein concerned, liberty is left open either to invoke Section 126 (2) Cr.P.C. or Section 205 Cr.P.C. by filing such application and the learned Judge, Family Court to hear and consider with necessary conditions to appear as and when required.

Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
