18.12.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the order, dated 13.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14723 of 2024.

Heard both sides.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that typographical errors have been crept in condition (i) of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 13.12.2024 and in the order it was typed as "the Station House Officer of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate" instead of "the Station House Officer Mamada Police Station, Nirmal District".

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Interlocutory application is ordered.

In view thereof, in the modified order dated 13.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14723 of 2024 condition (i) of paragraph No.6, shall be substituted with "the Station House Officer Mamada Police Station, Nirmal District" in the place of "the Station House Officer of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate".
