Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel Government Pleader for Home, submits that in view of the interim order, dated 29.04.2009, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
