This Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by order, dated 27.07.2016, in Writ Petition No.24995 of 2016, the petitioners therein filed this Writ Appeal. Instead of arguing the case, on instructions, Mr. Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal, with liberty to his clients to avail other legal remedies available to them in law. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P. No.1695 of 2016, filed by the appellants for the interim relief, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
